An interesting comparison. I've been to Lexington, but never NW Arkansas. I like Lexington's relative proximity to Cincinnati (one of my favorite cities) and the fact that it's a significantly smaller metro area, while I like the idea of having the Ozarks in my backyard. I don't like either football team
I guess I'll go with Lexington just because KY is more familiar to me than AR.
Jefferson City or Columbia, Missouri?
Columbia... bigger, more vibrant, more culture, more easily accessible due to its proximity to the interstate.
Ohio. Looks prettier, and I always worry about meth in any rural MO town. Not that it probably isn't also a problem in rural Ohio, I just don't know about it.

Hyannis Port, MA or Merritt Island, FL?
Merritt Island. I lived in Cape Cod (Falmouth) a few years ago and would regularly go to Hyannis to shop/conduct business. They had a downtown cafe we loved eating at semi-regularly (Common Ground Cafe). Other than downtown and the port/beach area, it's "meah". No better than any other American town. It's not bad, just not what you'd imagine when you hear the name "Cape Cod". Cape Cod's beaches are very hard to find public access points, beaches aren't as wide, and ocean water is chilly even in the warmest months. Merritt Island beaches are much better, way less expensive, better weather (IMO), friendlier residents, and I prefer FL to MA. I didn't hate Cape Cod or MA, but I wouldn't ever want to live there again.

Duluth, MN or Toledo, OH?
I like both, but I would feel more at home in a Rust Belt city such as Toledo.
Rutland. I love Vermont. I like its smallness and uniqueness.
Mexico, Missouri or Brazil, Indiana?
