I'm picking Waterville, ME because it looks a little more upscale, it's closer to the ocean, and it is probably less snowy.

In the New York City metro, Manhattan specifically: The East Village, or East Harlem?

Baltimore. The Inner Harbor tops Public Square, and Fells Point is nicer than Ohio City. Plus I don't think Cleveland has an in-town neighborhood to equal Mt. Vernon Square or even Canton.

Kansas City's Westport or Richmond's Fan District?

I'm picking Biloxi because I supposedly have some Biloxi Indian genealogical heritage (think I said so earlier).

Lawrence, KS or Rochester, MN?

Lawrence. Neat college town, close to KCM, and not nearly as cold as Rochester.

Miami, FL or San Diego, CA?

Yuma. I think it's still growing where as Toledo isn't. Hutchinson KS or Newton KS?
