Austin, TX

Would hate the hot summers in both cities. Think I would prefer Austin's food (Austin's BBQ & Tex/Mex over Miami's Cuban & seafood) though both cities probably have all types. Would explore TX hill country & nearby San Antonio. Have no interest in the Everglades (with all those gators. lol). Also like the moderate pace lifestyle of Austin over faster pace of Miami. Much shorter flights to CA for visits from TX than from FL, too. (For vacation slight edge to Miami; but Austin to live).

Carlsbad, CA or Oxnard, CA ?

Carlsbad. Oxnard has a reputation for not being very nice, and Carlsbad is equally close to Los Angeles, but is also close to San Diego and Tijuana. Also, I find Carlsbad to be less suburban, more hilly, and it has better transportation.

Williston, ND vs Prudhoe Bay, AK.

Despite being insanely isolated, somehow Williston is less so compared to Prudhoe Bay. Easy choice for me based on solely that. Atleast Williston is near something, despite not being anything great.

Flagstaff, AZ or Bend, OR

New Orleans, hands down. I'd never live in a big eastern city like Philly. In fact, New Orleans is on my Top Five big cities to live in for the entire country. Love the food and music and the winters. And my nephew plays for the Saints.

OK...... Savannah, GA or Las Cruces, NM?

Savannah because I love the small southern feel of the city and I like Georgia more than New Mexico.

Temecula CA or Gilbert AZ?
