Phoenix or Philadelphia?
Philly; more urban, cultured, closer to other major cities along the eastern seaboard, etc.

Boise or Colorado Springs?

The Springs, I'd rather live in Colorado and it's less isolated than Boise being only an hour from Denver.

Tacoma, WA or Fort Worth, TX

Tacoma, WA. The Seattle area has always appealed to me for some reason. It seems so free, interesting, and green.

Birmingham or Memphis?

Memphis-seems like a cool little city, great music. I've always liked Tennessee as a state too.

Milwaukee, WI or Memphis, TN?

Hmm, tough one...maybe Lexington due to its proximity to Louisville and family in Ohio.

El Paso or Tuscon?

Tucson, 100x over. Has a better downtown, better nightlife, and a lot more to do.

Tucson, AZ or Fort Collins, CO

Fort Collins, CO. I am not a huge fan of Tucson and have been many times. Fort Collins is by lakes, and trees and has four seasons.

Flagstaff, AZ or Cheyenne, Wyoming?

Flagstaff. More trees. Lots of trees, in fact! Close to amazing natural wonders like the Grand Canyon.

Prescott, AZ or Eugene, OR?

Eugene. Must rather call Oregon home than Arizona

Indianapolis or Jacksonville, FL?
