Tulsa. Idk anything about either but if I had to live in OK, at least I have distant cousins and an aunt and uncle in Tulsa to help me.

Friday Harbor has far more tolerable winters than Bar Harbor - although both are scenically beautiful places.

Springfield, IL if only for being somewhat near Chicago, and its closer to the Lou than Springfield, MO.

St. Paul...seems to be closer to what I look for in a city than StL, and I could get used to the winters (I think).
