Savannah. Water, history, beauty. All things severely lacking in Reno.

Lafayette, La. Cajun country says it all. Better food, more colorful culture.

Orlando, Fla., or Branson, Mo.?

Carlsbad, NM

Close call. Very similar towns: elevation, weather, population, both are far from major cities, etc. Am not a big fan of caves, but it has the Carlsbad Caverns for visitors. It is also closer to Roswell and Ruidoso.

Spring Hill, TN or Woodstock, GA?

Spring Hill, TN or Woodstock, GA?
Woodstock, GA due to its proximity to Atlanta.

Allentown, PA or Yonkers, NY?

Allentown. I like the song better than Lost in Yonkers, which I remember being a pretty good movie, but harder to sing along to.

Two Rivers, WI, or Two Rivers, AK (Alaska for those who confuse it AR Arkansas)?

Allentown.

Yonkers is a little too close to New York City for its own good; it doesn't have a river separating it from the Bronx the way the North Jersey cities do, and it seems to me that NYC sucks more of the available oxygen out of it as a result. Besides, there's some cool stuff going on in the Lehigh Valley, like that performing-arts center on the site of a former steel mill in next-door Bethlehem.

Providence, R.I., or Richmond, Va.?

Two Rivers WI. Close to Green Bay, not too far from Milwaukee, Wisconsin is not as remote & isolated as Alaska. Possibly lower cost of living as well.

Richmond. Lower cost of living, less than two hours from DC & Virginia Beach(I prefer DC metro over Boston's), Better Economy/Sun Belt growth. Both are underrated for their respective regions. This was a good comparison.

P.S. I went to that former steel mill turned art center in Bethlehem, It was cool.

Metuchen, NJ or Westfield, NJ?

Metuchen... Both are nice communities not too far from each other in the NYC metro but Methuen appears to be the more down-to-earth of the two and I like how it's close to some major retail as well.

Pasadena, CA or El Cajon, CA?
