Anaheim. I’ll take Los Angeles over Washington D.C. all day, every day.

Omaha. I do have a soft spot of Rochester. They have a lot to offer. But their population is declining and that's not good. Omaha is one of the best small metros in America. Really good area and packs a lot of punch for its size.

Roanoke, VA or Lincoln, NE?

Roanoke, decent size and in a scenic location.

Lakeland. Florida's a more prosperous state, and Lakeland is only about 1.5 hours to the Gulf Coast.

Springfield, MA, or Springfield, MO?

Springfield, MA, or Springfield, MO?
Springfield, MO. I lived in MA at one time and their Springfield wasn't that great. Springfield, MO is a bit land locked for me, but it's a nice town and the people were very pleasant.

Columbia, MO or Columbia, SC?

Columbia, MO or Columbia, SC?
Columbia, SC... warmer winters, larger metro with more opportunities, closer to many more desirable day-trip/weekend trip locations (Charlotte, Atlanta, Charleston, Savannah).

Topeka, KS or Sioux City, IA?

Topeka, KS or Sioux City, IA?
Topeka KS. I'm only an hour from a city environment (Kansas City, Missouri) and Kansas seems like a more interesting state than Iowa. Just not a fan at all of the latter.

Santa Monica CA or Palm Beach FL
