Atlanta, but Houston is growing in a way that is more impactful to its skyline. Hines and several other developers are slowly removing Houston's boxy skyline trope. Atlanta's is just more expansive as a region.

Portland, OR or Denver, CO?
Denver has many more buildings, and is taller. Portland has a good dense skyline, but it's just smaller.
Richmond. Even though Raleigh its catching up slowly, its difficult to find as many good views from various vantage points, plus I prefer Richmond's riverfront setting and more varied array of architectural styles.
The Greenway/Upper Kirby Area of Houston or the movie studio area of Burbank, CA?

Greenway/Upper Kirby looks like it has more buildings. Columbus OH or Tulsa OK?
Columbus looks larger. I also like the architecture slightly better.
Raleigh, NC or Omaha, NE?
Right now, I give the slight edge to Raleigh, due to a few taller buildings. Plus, they are building a few more.
Omaha has their new tallest under construction, but the city should have 6-8 more towers in the 250-450 foot range, ideally.

Raleigh wins this one slightly.
Raleigh vs Richmond?
Richmond today but likely Raleigh by the end of the decade. Raleigh is starting to build more substantial towers.

Raleigh, NC or Birmingham, AL?
Raleigh has some taller buildings but I chose Birmingham for having more buildings. Norfolk VA or Memphis?
