You're in good company on that pedestal you're sharing with Delaware too. All the praise bro.

Isn't that crazy? Even Delaware gained more people than California. Ouch.

And although it's not needed, thanks for the praise, bro..

If they didn't talk about beaches they would have nothing else to talk about. The highest peak is a fire ant mound.

I really did hit a nerve, and I promise I didn't mean to, bro... We're only comparing a couple of cities, bro. Breathe, take it easy....

I guess you'll have to ask the 320,000 people who moved to Florida last year what they found attractive about the state...

However, since you brought it up: we could discuss the cleaner cities of Florida, the fact that there's no state taxes in Florida, better quality of life to be found in Florida, more affordable real estate in Florida.
Let's see, there's no homeless apocalypse. There's more natural greenery, we're closer to all the cities of the east coast, we're the gateway to the Caribbean...etc..

And of course we all know the beaches are better...hahah...

But to each their own. If you like California more than the Sunshine state, that's OK. You're allowed to your opinion too...

What's left unanswered is considering California's latest struggles why is it Floridians were 70% more likely to move to California than vice versa?

Then you'd have to ask yourself why a state, according to you, that offers nothing more than a beach and a fire ant hill, is more attractive to 100s of thousands of people each year than California..lool..

And also, as you so eloquently pointed out, more people chose to move to Delaware last year than California.

And while I certainly appreciate your ongoing effort to counter these unfortunate truths about California, you just keep digging yourself deeper and deeper into your own hole.

Like I said earlier, you're entitled to your own opinion, and if you like California better than Florida, that's OK, you're allowed to think that.

Cheers!

Again our pop has been on the decline for 2 years yet a much higher % of Floridians are still lining up to move to California than vice versa lol. What's up with that?

So many variables at play that hit California and NY among others hard. Early retirements, stringent lockdowns, layoffs, WFHers looking for cheap places.

You're tripping if you think Delaware's more desirable than New York, Massachusetts, Hawaii and California.

Do whatever you gotta do to convince yourself of that. Hit another doobie.

You can add self-defeating policies, rampant homelessness, crime, and skyrocketing cost of living to this list.

You've come full circle, you've dug yourself so deep that you've proven what I've been saying all along.

Appreciate you..

Cheers!

True true. We have some problems that need to be addressed yet a higher share of Floridians still prefer moving to California than vice versa.

If the pattern of the last 2 years continues cost of living and homelessness will skyrocket in Florida.

The question that Florida may eventually have to answer is if people ever start asking 1+ mill for a tract home what else can a swamp plagued with mosquitoes offer besides the beach?

Now, now, let's be fair. The highest peak in the Fort Lauderdale area is the Broward County Landfill.

You mean if things stay on a really, really bad path, Florida could one day be as shi&ty as California? Wouldn’t that be awful?
Ohhh sweetie, once again we’re in agreement. Nobody wants to end up like that cesspool California.

Isn’t it fun to be in agreement?

Once again, I appreciate you…

Cheers!
