Los Angeles/San Bernardino/Mission Viejo UA is 6 million, and Miami's UA is 6 million so they line up right with CSA/MSA stats

Raleigh/Durham is definitely an exception to the rule

Key West to Port St. Lucie, FL (same CSA) is 270 mi and 4hrs and 47 mins. You have to fly there if you want to make it in decent time. Not exactly making the most sense for CSA metric at all. Arlington, VA and Greenwich, CT are closer by car.

Key West was just added like year I think. I doesn't make any sense to me why they did that.
