Tampa because of the coast.

Metairie. Gulf coast culture, French and Spanish undertones in culture, similar food and accents.

Indianapolis. More of a continuous grid-based street plan, not close to mountains, not a college town. Plus, it's known for something involving cars.

Is Phoenix more similar to Chicago or Atlanta?

Probably Chicago, Phoenix is popular among midwesterners, and Phoenix is known for brutal (though dry) heat and Chicago is known for brutal freezing weather. Atlanta is more popular among East Coasters


Is Louisville more similar to Cleveland OH or Chattanooga, TN?

Chattanooga. More compact, nicer inner city neighborhoods. Nice very popular riverfronts, young people oriented, low cost of living. Both give smaller Cincy vibes to me. Both border transitional regions (Deep South vs Midwest). Both are on my list of favorite places to visit.

Is Birmingham more similar to Knoxville or Mobile?
