I hate how MSN or AOL tries to make their opinions facts.

Savannah making the list dosent bother me. The fact that they put on the list before Atlanta, Houston, LA, New Olreans, SF, Miami, Dallas, and then put it ahead of NYC and Boston. THAT is the problem I have. Heck, you might as well put Scranton at the top of the list, or Kilgore TX(if they hadn't done it in years past already lol).

Well, to be fair not EVERYONE considers Atlanta, Houston, L.A., etc. to be cool at all.

I, for one, don't consider all of the cities you mentioned to be "cool," but hey - different strokes, right?

It would be nice if they would mix up these endless "lists" a little, so I personally find having a lesser-known, smaller city like Savannah being on this list is pretty refreshing - or cool!

I see what you mean. Savannahs not the "usual" to some people that's cool.

To me, Santa Fe is not a very 'cool' town.

Different? Yes. Tourist-filled? Yes. But "cool"? Well, maybe somebody from New York City or Paris or London would think it was 'cool'. But, it's nothing great. Overpriced goods, transplants from other states, nothing really all that authentic.

Granted, it has a lot of culture - it is the oldest capital in the United States (though most of it was under Spanish/Mexican control), but as far as a family saying "WOW, Santa Fe has got to be our next vacation spot!" ...Eh, there's not a lot to do.

I'm not trying to bash Santa Fe. It has its own charm and uniqueness. But, I wouldn't label it 'cool'. If you wanted to see the same stuff, but for a fraction of the cost - head down south about 45 minutes on I25 to Albuquerque.

YES! Finally L.A isn't on one of these list. Finally people are coming to their senses.

I quoted you exactly word for word with what you said.... nothing was changed from your statement

If you dont want people to use what you say against you then pay more attention to what you say. If you have not noticed this is a forum and everyone quotes what others say so get use to it
