I live in horrible SW Florida, for now. Florida is far more SUNBELT than Atlanta. Unless, what you really mean are not Sunbelt states, but the SOUTH. I think that is what you really mean.

The sunbelt sucks. We'll keep California and south Florida - all that other podunk can be swallowed by the sand or overrun with hicks like it used to be.
