TAN, we're excruciatingly well-acquainted with your feelings about where you are living, but (surprisingly, I'm sure) this is not the experience of everyone that moves here.
Here's hoping that you make it back to Xanadu sooner, not later.

Most of California, Arizona, Nevada, parts of Colorado & Utah, New Mexico, and West Texas are not considered part of the Sunbelt?

Of course they are...this thread is simply another thinly veiled attack on the South by the Rusties. Yawn.

Well parts of those states(Utah & Colorado) have climates & geographic features you'd find in the Desert Southwest. And they're experiencing tremendous growth.

Well, I was right about N. Ca. Until City Data never knew it was not the Sunbelt. Makes sense now why I liked it.

Very well said, and true. How many threads do you see of southerners critisizing the north? We respect them. But we get none in return.

I don't think they will be happy until they see the dead corpes of all sunbelters rotting in the hot sun with maggots eating our flesh. Those northerners hate us, more then the Nazi's hated Jews. Who knows why?
