Comparing Chicago's natural surrounding to Philly's is akin to comparing the two cities' skylines. If you were to objectively compare the two on height, visual impact etc, could you realistically say that Philly's is in the same league as Chicago? You might say something like -- "but the Comcast Center is amazing, and the architecture on the Liberty Place towers is too!" -- but overall, is it even comparable?
That's what comparing the two natural settings are like.
