I don't think you have to say "African American" celebrities for Atlanta since African Americans make up a disproportionate percentage of the biggest celebrities in the country. Beyonce, Jay-Z, Kayne, Drake and Lebron James are not "African American" celebrities but rather celebrities who happen to be African American. You probably couldn't come up with 5 non-Black celebrities who are more well-known than they are worldwide.
There's always alot of celebrities hanging out in Austin. Politickers, musicians, movie stars, athletes, I've run across many over the years all over Austin in grocery stores, record stores, department stores, restaurants, bars, hospital parking lots, parks, bowling alleys, AA meetings.
This is something we can all easily research right instead of a guess? Also I’m surprised people are choosing ATL when ATL is know mostly for AA celebrities specifically.

Just wow! Reading this makes me feel like you are diminishing the influence of black celebrities. Just because there are a lot of black celebrities in Atlanta, are they not classified as real celebrities or something? What exactly are you saying? What about Nashville?

Is that "celebrity-centric"? I think most celebrities in Austin are there to be away from the Celebrity industry in LA. I don't think it's a city that revolves around celebrity by any means.
I will say that the modern day Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, Podcasters, etc stuff is big in Austin.
