Yeah I know Camden is definitely one of the most run-down cities in the country.

union city is not part of nyc , and also i think baltimore beats north philly in run down looks.

Union City is in New Jersey, it isn't as bad as Camden thats for sure, I think Camden is worse than Baltimore & N. Philly, but Baltimore is worse than N. Philly.

That's what makes LA dangerous.The "nicest" looking neighborhoods are some of the most gang-infested and dangerous, while the Midwest and Northeast hoods, actually LOOK ghetto at 1st sight, so you KNOW to avoid them.

Good point, areas in Miami can be like that how you explained LA as well, Hialeah doesn't look bad but it's not exactly the safest neighborhood either.

well hialeah is in dade county but the actual hoods in miami look dirty.

Lol Hialeah is in Miami-Dade County and so are the rest of the hoods in Miami. Ofcourse they're dirty, I've never heard of a "clean hood" before, as nice as the LA hoods look they're still dirty as well.
