Vailhouse Oyster Bar & Grille is planning to open in early March at Cobblestone Place on Spence Avenue. It’s going where Sumo Japanese Steak and Sushi used to be. The owner is Tom Vail, who also owns P.T.’s Grille on Wayne Memorial Drive and the Pizza Inn in Pikeville.
$692,439 in additional funding to prepare the site, as well as build an apron and connecting taxiway, for an expansion of the corporate area at Wayne Executive Jetport.
