...and according to a fall 2018 survey by Leapfrog, Wayne UNC hospital is ranked among the nation’s safest hospitals. I’m not sure how much stock should be put into this, but there ya go.

NCDOT is holding a public meeting on January 15 at the Maxwell Center to discuss widening Wayne Memorial Drive to 4 lanes between New Hope Road and US-70 Bypass.

They've been tearing down a lot of broke-down buildings around the city limits of Gboro. For example, the building that Rohr Tire on William St. was operating out of for many years.

It took ‘em long enough. The city could use a good cleanup, especially William Street.
