The smallest set back for other developments is 10 feet on the side, so the houses are 20 feet apart. This is good document. http://www.focussenc.org/wp-content/...ment.07.13.pdf

I think the big objection to Legacy Park is that line of homes side to side along the golf course. The proposed setback on the back side was also short. Seeing how many golf ball end up on my deck, I cannot imaging wanting a house that close to the action.

Hi Citi-Cath,

What course/hole is your house on? We built in 5 yards from the rear setback, but are pretty far away from the tee. Love the view of the Reserve course.

Gator,
Looks like we will be moving in 2 days earlier than you in Dec. Based on your photos we are at the same point in our building process. The trusses were put in last Monday. We are in Seaside (not the cottages) with a pond view across the street and enjoyed watching the remote control sailing regattas.
This is our retirement home getting away from the high taxes here in PA.
Can't wait!

Hi All,
So excited to hear about all the building going on. We found a villa to rent while our house is being built, so will be moving into St. James in October and hopefully into our home by April. Hope to meet some of you when we become full-time residents1

There is one major issue the builder (Logan Homes) and I must work out, but so far, things have mostly gone as planned and on schedule.

My Pre-Drywall Meeting with the builder will be 1st week of September.

@MG&me Are you building with Logan Homes also?

We, too, have signed on with Logan and would appreciate knowing any issues.
Thanks
