all you Pizza craving Jerseyites, that little Yacht Basin Eatery in Southport has the best Pizza in the area (just my opinion try it yourself) If you do, try the one that says "Jersey Crust" on the menu.

I also heard another rumor that Harris Teeter was going to build somewhere between St. James and Midway Rd

As you would imagine, on a beautiful day in the summer the parking lot gets pretty full sometimes, but during the month of August we always found a space.... as people naturally come and go during the day...... but in addition there is plenty of street parking literally steps away just outside the lot... we did not find it a problem.

Question: Might be looking for a investment home before i pack it in in about 4 years. Live in New Jersey and was just wondering if anyone experienced resales where the owner would be open to including the furniture as well. Probably not but thought i would ask. I'm referring to homes, not condos. Mortgage rates at 3.91%, might be time to buy now.

Biscy, as a matter of fact there ARE such animals. We were just discussing that with our realtor the other day.... not everyone, but some people ( the smarter ones I think ) that must sell but "cannot" sell their house in this market are being forced to consider creative alternatives in deals such as the one you mention.

Informational-type update....

The developer has just cleared some acreage at the end of Moss Hammock Wynd, just past the new Seaside Houses on the way to the Seaside Club. On this acreage they are building some duplex-side by side units.... two units in each building so each unit is an "end" unit and so the outward appearance is more like a large single family residence..... about 1500 sq ft per unit starting at $225K...... so I am informed by the sales office staff.
