The person is either trying to make a statement, get even with someone, or has a mental issue. At the corner of Union and Briargate there's a starbucks right on that corner with free restrooms, there's a supermarket with free restrooms, there's now a public park with free restrooms. Very nearby is a Lowe's with free restrooms and a hospital with free restrooms. Something's going on with this person, especially since she carries napkins, i.e., knowledge aforehand / premeditation of the act.

If this is done on the same homeowners property then it might be a case of where the homeowner chastised the person for not picking up after her dog, just a guess on my part, but hurt feelings and revenge are strong motives for a certain mindset.

For sure it will be interesting to know the truth ... if we ever get it....

You could never hurt my feelings enough in a million lifetimes to make me want to poop in your yard. However ... did you ever read or watch "The Help"? A mistreated housekeeper gets revenge on her racist witch of an employer by baking her a cake with an extra special surprise.

This case is similar to the "sex in public" cases that have flooded the news lately. And what the heck is going on with all the female teachers having sex with their students?! There's a new case every day! Our society has normalized degenerate behavior. We laugh off things that people used to be institutionalized or hung for. Back then, there were a lot less deviants and pigs. Now we're surrounded by them.

I REALLY dislike the attitude! We will take it to the SC...a natural thing, like breastfeeding...WTF.

Belligerent. NOT apologetic. If the family knew this they could have escorted her as she ran. So many things wrong with this. Why defacate in the SAME spot? The family (of the home where she did the deed repeatedly) even said something to her once and she responded, 'sorry' or something like that.

I think they knew and just let it go. Now the police are involved.

Not that I am unsympathetic. I've been a victim of TBI. I never did anything like this.

The problem with such behavior is, we tolerate it. Because we're afraid not to! If you so much as make one move to defend yourself, even against the most vile situations, somehow you are to blame. You should put up with any kind of "crap", leave it to police to intervene (and they can't/won't unless they actually witnessed the occurrence), then we all take pity on the poor person, spend thousands of taxpayer dollars in counseling, drugs, rehab, etc. Meanwhile, the victim is SOL

This reminds me of, back in the good ol' days, when a person could defend themselves. Someone took to walking his dog past my Grandfather's front yard. The dog would stop and do #2, right in front of Grandpa's porch That was back in the days before pooper-scooper laws. Well, GP told him not to bring his dog to crap in his yard again. Man said he's a dog, I can't control where he goes. So, next day, GP was waiting for him, around the house, with a shovel. Dog did his business, then GP came out, shoveled up the still smoking dump, and flung it right on the dog owner's back. He hollered at him "hey, you forgot something. This time I was nice enough to help you out by shoveling it up for you. Next time, you'll be eating it". Man looked at GP, who was 6'4", a machinist and shipyard worker, and decided maybe he'd better take the advice. We never saw man and pooper dog again! That's the way it should be, someone attacks you, you have the right to defend yourself, but not anymore. We're so concerned about violating some scum's "rights" we can't protect our own.

If I was the victim of the "Mad Pooper" I would do the same thing, give it back to her, but then again, I would probably go to jail Pooper-scooper laws apply to people walking dogs, what shouldn't they apply to people, too? You poop, You Scoop

I'm having a really hard time making out the sound in that video, even when I turn it all the way up. It sounds like maybe he's excusing it, saying it's a medical issue??? If so, I call BS, she's been doing it for 7 weeks, apparently in several cases at the same house.

No idea what her motivation could be, but it's clearly an intentional act.

I have a friend who works at JC Penneys who says there are some people who do it in the changing rooms, often on top of piles of clothes, sometimes smeared around too. Happens at least a few times a year, more often if urination instead.....

I just don't understand how people can do such things....

I don't buy that video.

First, I thought the "dumping" was taking place at the same place every day.
Second, then wear a diaper.
Third, come back after and clean it up, like you would dog shyte.
Fourth, Supreme Court? LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

If you go to a public bathroom in Mexico (not so much in the hotels, but it does happen there), they poop in the corner BY the toilet, and pile the toilet paper (if there is any) on top of it. I don't know why when the toilet is there, other than possibly the toilet isn't working. I walked into one in the 90's in a Juarez restaurant with my young daughter, and about lost the wonderful lunch I'd had. Same thing in other border towns ~~ Nogales, Tijuana, and such. They'll even poop on the floor in American bathrooms in our department stores when they come over to shop, even though they can see others are using the toilets correctly. It's really disgusting.

In Europe, men will stop and just pee in the streets, against walls, trees, you name it. Peeing in public isn't that strange overseas. Makes you wonder if it's just us with the hyper sanitary issues, since in most foreign countries, they're either more drunk, stoned, or don't care about relieving oneself in public, or at least semi-hidden in public.
