I remember reading that the developer wanted to bring in a chain that isn't currently in our market. I hope they have succeeded. I rather have something new. I'd love a Taco Mac which one of several was a possibilities mentioned.

It’s going to be an automobile repair shop. Not sure of the name or brand yet. It’s being built next to staff zone.

I assumed it was sold since it is no longer being marketed. Off market property on loopnet usually indicates a sale. The listing was updated on November 6th. I could be wrong though.

Ok, yeah if it was that recent than it probably wouldn't be updated yet or even finalized yet. I happened to drive by there right at noon today and judging by the lines at the CFA across the street, that location would be perfect for a new CFA.
