It should be an Andretti or something cool
Call me extra but I really feel like Columbus needs something like that

I'm waiting to see what the planned "big box" store is. I'll be happy with most anything new to the area.

Don't hold your breathe. They're now calling this parcel "phase 2" so it's not likely to land any big box

True, if you look at the current renderings and layout, you will see it’s a few buildings missing in front of the lifestyle center for some reason, not sure why they didn’t build those according to the site layout. I definitely want to know why, without those 3 buildings, it’s a huge grass lot that separates the main buildings and parking.

Jiffy Lube opening location at Midland Commons, along with Synovus and Culvers is under contruction. Looks like they've landed their first tenant in construction, a nail salon.

First three are good. A nail salon? There are literally a thousand of those. What a waste.

Culvers is alright, tried the one in Newnan and was seriously not impressed. They would’ve been better off attracting Whataburger.

From John House on FB: "Marilyn and I received an update on Midland Commons at the Kiwanis Club of Greater Columbus on Wednesday. Michael Wright provided the presentation. Publix and Culvers should open in the next 6 months. Dunkin Donuts, Synovus, MaBella's, Kilwins, Jiffy Lube, and other commercial enterprises are coming. Several lots also remain open with some under negotiation. The development is a mix of commercial and residential. The large buildings in the center will have apartments on the top floor and stores and restaurants on the bottom. There will be a connection to the Dragonfly Trail network as well."

MaBella's is odd here... Not too sure if that's right?
