Top 4 are a scary trend!

I remember a lot of ice storms in the mid-80s for some reason.

Cam, didn't you do charts in December or January predicting the likelihood of a warmer winter based on those temps?

Hi Guys,

Ok.....so snow today and tonight. Then a warm up to above freezing tomorrow.... with rain...so now the rain and melting snow washes away the road salt and tomorrow night and Monday the temps drop down below freezing.

Is anyone predicting a potentially dangerous icy mess tomorrow night and Monday morning?

Or am I overstating things?

Very small snowflakes falling.

Keep it coming. Lets go for the Gold with the White Gold.

It's mother nature, we have no control so embrace it, appreciate it or get out.

What do you think about that "dry slot" in the radar?

Also, I noticed that Philly on south now have Winter Storm Warnings while we only have Winter Weather Advisories? Wondering if that's due to lesser criteria for a WSW there or if this will be more intense south of here now......

Also NWS now predicting single digit lows in Central Park on three more dates in February (possibly 4 if it goes below 10 on Monday before midnight), producing the historic result I noted this morning. They see it happening Monday night, Tuesday morning, Thursday night, Friday morning, Friday night and Saturday morning. I assume that's at least 4 more of them for BDR and any other part of CT too. This is truly amazing!
