Huh; death sentence means execution last I heard; so yes the jury sentence should be a carried out.

This is what's so great about ADX Florence though.

Nope

Religious texts only.

This would happen for religious reasons, but it's not like they're getting the finest food because of that.

Nope

No

No interaction with other inmates, or anyone else except guards for that matter.

-serving as possible "trades" for terrorist bargaining
See above.

Quote:
-killing guards
ADX Florence was specifically built in response to guard killings. Despite the fact that it's populated with terrorists, cartel leaders, and other such pieces of human ****, it's a pretty safe posting because of the stringent measures in place.

-killing other inmates who are dutifully serving their sentences.
See "no interaction with inmates" above.

I am glad he got the death penalty. I just hate that it will take years for the sentence to actually be carried out. Being paralyzed and having mobility issues, I wonder what accommodations will be made for him in prison. I would hate to be the one to have to deal with him.

Steal box...4 feet by 10 feet..let him sit there till he takes his last breath...We are better than Muslims who executed at the drop of a hat...Let this man live- Forgive him and contain him. After all America was built on Christian principles not those of Islam.

I agree with DSS94... ADX Florence Supermax sounds like the perfect place for this guy... Oh and I'd also say put him in hard labor with the proceeds going toward the families of the people he killed.

The Death Penalty is a breach of the International Treaty of Human Rights drawn up over 60 years ago.

It is now a breach of International Law and the US remains the only Western country which still employs it.

I sympathise with the anger re. putting this guy to death, but the DP belongs in third world countries where they don't know better.

Americans are allowing their politicians to legally murder citizens.

I don't see how this can be a good thing.
