The sad thing is that if this is his first offense he probably won't do any time. My friend's brother was caught distributing child porn and he skated with just a fine. I think they both deserve jail time. This despicable industry needs to be totally shut down.

And what do we do with teachers who rape a child. We fire them. We have them arrested. And the book is thrown at them. And if those don't happen, they should. We don't defend them. And we don't have a group of fellow teachers conduct the investigation.

Same with the police department. Who is defending a person who downloads kiddie porn? Yes we investigate ourselves.
