Such nonsense. Ignorance with a capital "I" abounds when it comes to a topic such as this one. And, such ignorance is often displayed on forums such as this. Those that have an interest in 'kiddie porn' are unlikely to act out their 'fantasies' on actual children. Similarly so with people who have an interest in 'porn' in general ...which appears to be MUCH of society!
Based on the remark in the above post ...God only knows what much of society is capable of since MUCH of society is into internet porn . . .

My response was to someone who WAS accusing him of either presently molesting children or otherwise applying the potential of him doing so in the future. Savvy?
Secondly, if we're to live in fear (paranoia) all of all of those within society involved in uploading porn (whether it be child porn, gay porn or heterosexual porn) actually carrying out these sexual fantasies on real people then we had best keep everyone indoors. Again, savvy? Or, do you require that I break this down into even more simple language for you?

Actually that wasn't a question. I was expressing frustration at the stupidity of your post.

Well, I always like to get intelligent feedback from people. This is how I learn. What was it about my post that was stupid? You need to give a REASON as to why it was stupid and that's what I'm asking of you now. Okay?

One question, exactly what kind of kiddie porn did he supposedly "upload"? It could have been pictures of his kids naked in a bathtub, it could be topless little girls on a beach, it could be families with kids at a nudist camp or, it could be as horrid as prepubescent kids engaged is sexual acts.
Porn, depicting juveniles has a wide range of definitions, some rather ridiculous if truth be told...
If it is in fact child pornography like children engaged is sexual acts then he gets what he gets and deserves it.

Obviously, I have no idea. Moreover, I really don't care. I rarely get emotionally involved in news reports that don't concern me. That said, reports of animal cruelty irks me somewhat.

Yes. In the year 2015 we have become very puritanical to the point of absurdity at times.

So, merely viewing such content makes that person a criminal subject to a hefty penalty amounting to a number of years in prison? Why?
The man in question is evidently on 'suicide watch'. Why?
A person on this thread looks forward to this man being murdered by other inmates while in jail. Why?
I'm sorry. I'm just trying to separate illogical emotionalism from logic here. It might be disgusting to the 'normal' person but why would viewing such content make one a criminal? Were they responsible for the actual video or were they just looking? As mentioned previously, any intelligent comments from you good folks on the forum are welcomed. I much prefer a sensible debate rather than responding to the comments of clearly over-emotional folks who appear to froth at the mouth and rush to irrational judgment whenever the word "kid" is mentioned.
Note: I am not an advocate of child porn. I've never seen any and nor have I looked for any. AS a former uni-scholar I merely search for causes and public response associated with such human behavior. Throwing the book at someone for merely 'looking' doesn't make any sense to me but it clearly does to (most) others. Why?

Law is very strict when it comes to minors and kids.
I guess it's to discourage anyone from being involved even remotely.
It can be exploited as well.
If you slip few naked pics of kids in someone's computer and report it, they are gone to jail for good, sometimes even longer than for murder.
What does the CHP parked behind Caltrans at construction sites along the freeways as ordered and by request of Caltrans have to do with the link the OP posted other than to prove he hates cops in general?
Why did the OP comment about the CHP with no proof yet not comment about the subject cop in the link?
