Ty. Yes, I've seen those.

I don't feel one way or the other but it looks (sort of) that he's lifting her over the rail as if to see closer, not tossing her out the window like some think. Again, it's really hard to tell.

According to what I've read, he had his upper body out for 8 seconds, then picked her up, lifted her over the wood "chair rail" and held her out the window for 34 seconds before she dropped

I doubt it was his 1st time doing it too. You can see little Chloe run ahead of him towards those windows.

I don't think many here think he tossed her out the window. He did hoist her high up over the railing but didn't lose grip until 34 seconds later.

I think he was just playing with her and lost his grip. I don't think it was intentional but I also don't think RC is liable in any way at all.

Grandfather caught in a lie and can't stop lying. What a disgrace. The video is pretty damning.

I don’t think anyone thinks he “tossed her out the window”.

You'd be surprised.

If you look through the thread, there are some people who actually think he picked her up and purposely threw her out the window hoping for a big payday.

*shrug*

True. There were a few on here that said that and many on the comment sections of the news articles. I have to say we're a much more reasonable crowd for the most part.

The first time I watched the video, I thought it looked like he literally picked her up and threw her out the window, and said so. Since then I've watched it several more times and that is clearly not what happened. It is an easy mistake to make at first sight, though.

I don't think he purposly threw her out the window. But intentional, or unintentional, doesn't matter. The results were the same. His actions were reckless, and he deserves to go to prison.
