Seriously??!!
I can barely do regular pushups...I do them against the door- works very well!

Ok, I took my regular walk for 70 minutes this morning, and today it WAS really hot! 81 F and sunny all the way to Ödestugu (neighbour village) and back! Thought I was going to die of thirst!
Wore my t-shirt with the Swedish flag on it since today is 6th of June, our Nationals Holiday, and got some honks from the German cars...NOW it really IS summer!
(They almost scared me of the road into the ditch by surprise since I was listening to my mp3...I wish they could stop doing that!)

Have a great day whereever you guys/gals are!

Walk is done. It's already hot and muggy out. It's suppose to get up to 95 degrees here with lots and lots of fun humidity.
95 F?! That's 35 Celsius! OMG!

Reminds me of AR weather, on top of the humidity and heat, add in the state bird, the mosquito and its really fun outside-lol.
And it took me awhile to get where I could do the push up things, I lost about 22 lbs three years ago, I wasnt eating healthy, wasnt getting any exercise, pretty much in denial I was so bad out of shape. So I started going to the gym, track, eating better. I think what got me motivated was I went in for a physical at the doctors office and my blood pressure was pretty high, it scared me enough to get up and do something about...wow sorry im long winded.

My, all these people with health issues. Good thing the big guy upstairs has time to listen to all my thoughts about you all. Best of luck to everybody. I'll keep the good thoughts coming.

Wed. is my day off, but if hubby had wanted to walk this a.m., I would have gone with him. It's my fault he didn't. I asked him if he wanted to, he said yes, then I said, "Did you know it's only 43 degrees out there?" He said no..we're not going! Wuss!!!

Good day all - So much to do, so little time. For now, I squeezed in 1 mile in 20 mins on the treadmill. Still need to pack, negotiate a contract, emails, laundry, etc. It seems that whenever I plan a day or two off, all hell breaks loose! Is it me? Hopefully, I will be able to do another mile before headed to the airport. I hope I can because I'm not looking forward to sitting on a plane for almost 5 hours. On the plus side, I'll be in NM tomorrow.

Give me a fresh garden salad with grilled chicken a a bit of cheese. Dressing on the side...usually italian with less oil than it calls for.
