I'm so late!! I have to walk after work since I go in at 7 am and work until 5 or so. 3 1/2 miles today. I think I had my very first migraine yesterday. I went to the dr. With all the stress and depression and crying and trying to get back to normal, (that will never happen), my body is just wacked out!! My dad even called to check on me last night, about my headache, he's being a mom. He's 78 and I am 54. How cute is that??? He is so open now, it's like talking to a girl. I getting along OK though. I did walk 2 times this week, first post though, I think. I'm not remembering things well either. Love you guys!!!!!!

tasmtairy, I am sorry to hear your are going throught this , I promise it will get better. you have been through a lot and your body and pysch is reacting. You dad sounds great will he adopt me I don't eat much

ok my first PT apt was this morning nice pt guy , he didn't think mowing was a good idea (what does he know) when I told him I am the only one I will let mow he said well at least hold hte mower this way , this will be interesting. then he used a cortizone creame and eletrodes to force it into the tendon.
oh joy one of the side effects is nausious tummy, he also had me do some stretching exercises( yay extra exercise credit) so between messing with my shoulder which is now throbbing and the tummy thing I am cranky lol
all the dogs are asleep yay !!!
I think I will let them out one more time and go to bed.

I am trying something new tomorrow I filled a water bottle half full with gatorade I will fill the rest tomorrow and take that on the walk as hot and humid as it has been this should help keep me hydrated.
for those that are not gatorade fans try the new flavors kiwi strawberry or mango or tangerene they are really really good.
remember everyone keep hydrated

see you all in the morning
Great day today everyone you make me so proud ,

karla
