There are about 10 or so homes that are not in Coppell ISD on the other side of the bridge. Only those homes are being reduced. The prices on the Coppell ISD ones have went up with all three builders in Bridges.

That makes sense. I was quite shocked to see that pricing. Coppell ISD is worth 100K more

What is the final verdict? Coppell or Flower Mound? Also is there a specific realtor for these areas anyone recommends? Or a particular builder?

We went with Flower Mound and will hopefully be moving in by December. All the communities in Flower Mound and Coppell are still in high demand with price increases happening every month it seems.

In regards to realtors feel free to direct message me and I can give you some input.

My favorite builders in both areas would be - Highland / American Legend / Darling / Standard Pacific

Wanted to let everyone know of another community in Coppell ISD right next to the Bridges community -

Plantation Homes Parkside Memorial Place starting low 400's !!! Cheapest around for new construction in Coppell ISD and with the lowest price per sq ft. I honestly have no idea how good the builder is so would do your due diligence. I wouldn't expect the same quality as Darling / Highland since there is considerable price difference, but the price point is certainly attractive.

We are also building in Bridges. We drove around the Parkside that Plantation was building and we dont have any regrets for NOT choosing the Plantation homes. There were two rows all in horizontal straight line and we couldnt get a big neighborhood feel. There was a main road that separated the two areas of Parkside East which was a bit weird. We got close to 3700sq ft (including all upgrades, Highland homes) for 550k. I havent seen any model of 3700sqft with 100K difference in Planation.

Irving with Coppell ISD is 2.7% so a 500k home will roughly be - 13.5k

Flower Mound is 2.19% so a 500k home will be roughly - 11k
