I doubt it. Homes in bridges, parkside and riverside are getting filled up fine. Those pacific homes are much better in terms of distance from highway.

I've lived in Coppell for 24 years and had 3 children go through the school district-it was impeccable, devoted teachers, excellent experience.
I'm a little bewildered as to why anyone would spend so much money on a home in a new development when there are so many beautiful homes in established neighborhoods. Nicer homes for much less money.

I don't want to hijack this thread, but I'm honestly curious. I live in Northlake Woodlands, with trees and a yard, and generally lovely surroundings.

The newer homes don't have much grounds, and the developments are a little bare and bleak. The houses are way too large for the lot. I understand that if you have no basement or much of an attic as the homes here in Texas do, you might be trying to make up for that in square footage.

Maybe the Toll brothers build a better home, but most of the houses here are not of the greatest quality-why spend 500k?

There seem to be new lots away from the highway closer to Toll brothers lots.
You may want to check those out.

Default Flower Mound

I recently moved to TX from NJ and at this point considering Flower Mound. I have narrowed it down to either Hunters Glen (American Legeng/Darling) or Parkside at Woodlake (Darling). Any opinion on either of those? Or should I add Coppell into the mix?

How about Lantana?
