I've tried several methods in the past, what worked for me was a combination of things. First off I visited a dental hygienist and got them cleaned, this I do once a year. Everyday I then alternate between an electric toothbrush with a normal toothpaste and a manual toothbrush with a gentle teeth whitening toothpaste. As I've a number of bad habits I may use a whitening pen every so often.
