Now I have a house and a condo I rent out. Gas prices alone in California will make you reconsider changing your lifestyle. I grew up there.

What makes me laugh is when people come here from Texas and they think it is expensive. It is true compared to Texas. Different worlds.
Ok, I see now.

Well I certainly make more than what I was making in Boston and to get a decent job is nearly impossible because there is such a surplus of cheap labor there(people coming from overseas daily). When I started looking for work I had an interview schedule just about everyday for 2 weeks I think and had a job in about 10 days. And of course Denver is alot cheaper. My apt is 855 in Boston that would be around 1500$ .

I'm on my 2nd job because I wanted more money.

Me three. Six years. No IT, and no degree.
