I do like fruit juice - I have pretty much cut that out since my doc said I needed to control blood sugar and since I started following Weight Watchers.
I like juice too. I can't start my day without half a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice - I figure half a glass a day won't kill me, especially since I don't like fruit.
I drink it all the time and have for many years now. I can honestly say other than a drop of OJ in the AM, and a cup of Diet Cranberry Pomegranite juice each day I drink nothing but water. I never get a soda with a sandwich or a meal when Im out somewhere. I always ask for water.

Only if I'm really dying of thirst (really hot days or excersing & craving it) that I love water (icy cold ofcourse), I also love bubbles in mine, w/a slice a lemon, I know its good for you, but tell my brain that....but I wouldn't waste money on that water enhancer....what a rip!
I drink water becaus eit is better for you, then when I do have a glass of soda, it actually feels heavy, and cant finish the whole glass, so I guess that is a good thing.
but I only like room temperature water, I do not cold water.
Someone emailed me this recently - interesting but not sure if it's true -
Drinking Water (A Dr. Oz item of interest)
Another little tidbit that was news to me. I always knew one should drink a lot of water,
but who knew that the timing affected things?Drinking water at the correct timemaximizes its effectivenesson the Human body: 2 glasses of water after waking up helps activate internal organs 1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal - helps digestion 1 glass of water before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure 1 glass of water before going to bed - avoids stroke or heart attack
