If your eating plan helps you reach your goals, great. If it doesn't, change.
But don't butt into a thread wanting to argue with people who reach their goals on their plan and ask for references.
All the arguing in the world won't make that belly fat go away.
Belly fat? No way to target weight loss. It comes off where your body wants it to come off of. Don't tell me your book said you could get rid of belly fat?

What belly fat? You really are grasping.
You fail to grasp the most basic of questions. It looks like you are utterly clueless about nutrition. You can't or won't answer the most basic of questions. So, follow your own advise.
Do hunger pangs (or ABSENCE of them) = 'reputable sources'?
In my opinion they do.
Some folks just feel that if they can structure some clever argument to why they're still following the SAD, it helps them feel better about the couple pounds they've been adding every year since high school.
No wonder you'd feel deprived if missed a meal or a planned snack.
Eight miles isn't arduous for me, it's just another day with the dogs.
You are the jackwagon who somehow thinks himself superior for hiking only 8 miles and fasting 24 hours. Anyone who has any working brain cells knows that is stupid. That was a year ago, now a climb to the top of the same mountain and back is a cakewalk. So is kayaking upstream against strong currents.
It's true that fasting -- that is, eating little to no food -- will result in weight loss, at least in the short term. But the risks far outweigh any benefits, and ultimately, fasting can cause more harm than good.
Yet, you're overweight and counting calories, and criticizing me for skipping a meal before my two hour dog walk in the woods.
Hope you can reach your goals by starving yourself this time. It didn't really work out last time, did it?
Actually, I am no longer overweight. Get your facts straight before you ruminate and pontificate. You made the suggestion in another thread about putting someone on ignore. You really need to follow your own advice.
Ok as the original poster...you all can have at it....the jabs and
rudeness are too much for me.
Ba bye
