Daily routine, pee like a race horse at 6:15am,
Poop like a goose promptly at 6:20am
The problem lately has been related to age, I don't get out of bed until 7:30am!
On a serious note, coffee is a trigger for me on days I don't have my morning regularity. One full cup and I'm back on schedule within 20 minutes.
Dietarily I eat just about everything, but in moderation, smaller amounts as I age. No vitamins or supplements.
I dealt with severe bloating and constipation for many months. Add to that nausea and it was pretty debilitating to the point where I could almost not function at work. Fix for me was to have a cup of Fiber One bran cereal every morning, about 28 grams of fiber per shot, combine with other high fiber foods. The first day after the bloating went away and I had began to have regular bowel movements again. I probably go thru a box of this stuff a week but it is worth it for me.
Once every morning, but I have my routine. I drink a glass of water with two tablespoons of psyllium fiber every night, then in the morning after a cup or two of coffee, it’s time to go.
Well I eat my quota of vegetable and grain foods so I am regular once a day. But, that's regular for me, others may have their own and perhaps different regular.
