Absolutely I have I favorite - the one I've had the longest.
That said, I don't treat her any differently than the others, but, she is, and always will be, my favorite.
You have a dog named Chaos too?! Ha, people get a kick out of her name whenever they meet her. She was a crazy pup, and I just knew she'd live up to her name, but alas... she did not. She is laaaazzzzyyy. But I don't even think "chaotic" when I call her name, its just her name now.
Yes I have a Chaos. She got her name because when I adopted her I had a 12 yr old deaf, vision limited, homozygous merle (so born that way) border collie and a 3yr old silken windhound and both were very well behaved couch potatoes and I felt adding a puppy would be adding Chaos into my peaceful home thus the puppy was named Chaos. Truth be known while she is a very active dog she was really an easy puppy!
Yep I have my favorite. But they are all my favorites at different times. I love my Bug because she is such a snuggler and great to take on trips. Cricket is my wild one and so funny. She also knows when I am hurting and licks my tears away. Willie is my goofball and funny boy. He is smart and gentle also very good to me when I am upset. Kandi well she really is my son's dog. She is a sweetheart though. (BTW when I say I am hurting it is because my sister died last November my dogs really help with healing)
Yes, my youngest Corso, Sophie is my favorite. I know I will never have a bond like this with any other dog.
