It sounds like Vaccinosis. An adverse reaction to the Vacs. Go to Barnes and Noble and get this book. "The Nature of Animal Healing" by martin Goldstein, DVM. It covers holistic/natural remedies/treatments for dogs & cats. It has a lot of good info in it.
I have been reading this thread and want to send you best wishes John. I know you have been going through a heck of a time.The not knowing and the questions make it a very anxious situation. It sounds like your pup is going to come through but you need to take of yourself as well. Keep us posted.
