I'm going try to take her home Monday to see if she can recover from this. This vet office is closed on Sunday and doesn't allow people to visit their pets. So I will have to depend on the doctor to tell me what's going on with her on Sunday.

John,

Poor baby. I'm sure she doesn't understand any of this - what happened, why she's there...

Seeing emotion in her eyes is an excellent sign. I bet she's trying to tell you that she's scared and to please get her out of here!

The thing about it she was running from me instead being near me. You know must dogs will keep close to there owner when they afraid. I think now she has this CCD medical problem by the way she acts. Is there a cure for this problem?

No suing right now and your right about waiting.

But, she's finding her way out of corners now, right?

When you get her home and she smells her stuff... hopefully that will make a big difference.

Try to believe that she's going to be o.k. I'm sure it's hard.

You've both been through a lot over the past week. Resting today will probably be good for both of you.

The one reason I question her coming back is from what I have seen in brain damaged people that are never the same again. I had a aunt that was in a nursing home for 21 years and couldn't even walk or speak at all because of brain damage.

You don't know that she's brain damaged.

Please try not to assume the worst!

Get some rest today and bring her home tomorrow... give her some time to recuperate. Don't expect too much too soon!

The University of Tennessee Animal Hospital said my Dog most likely will have some or worse brain damage because of body temperature was 107 degrees.

All we can do is try and find out what she can do.

You know I been thinking if she does have brain damage how could she just stand up and start walking after not moving? And now she must have heard the doctor and me talking about putting her to sleep and she could understand what we where saying. She just might know more then I thought.
