My dog was going to be put to sleep today and doctor started the legal shots the dog got up on it own feet and started walking around which shocked the doctor and of course we stopped the shots. My dog is a real fighter. The problem here is she still doesn't know me at all and acts weird. They had her walking some but her eyes just look straight ahead. I wonder in time if she will remember me?
I raise cockers for many a year & have used all those drugs without side effects.
AS I said High Fevers from the ear infection caused the seizure. Sounds to me she going with time be fine. Does she have any IV? Some dogs will not attempt to move when they have IV hooked to them. My son when he was 18 months had surgery Dr could not figure out why he would not play or walk or move around. I asked if the IV was needed. He said no But until he started to act normal it stayed in. I reach over & took the conections apart..Kevin took off RUNNING down the hallway. The dr laugh so hard I thought he would fall down. Well needless to say the took out the IV & sent him home.
They took her outside and she walked alittle but she didn't even come to me when I called her. She acts like she doesn't know me at all. I think she has brain damage where it cleared her mind of all past memory. Will see if she can go to bathroom or even eat anything by herself. She of course is real weak. I could bring her home but she needs to be able to go to bathroom on her own.
Thanks, John
