Yes, what is good for business is good for America but what is good for Wall Street isn't always good for America.
True

I mean...after all...there were some truly more conservative candidates in the race, yet the lukewarm conservative with no apparent principles was CHOSEN by GOP voters who describe themselves as conservatives? That doesn't make sense.

Most of y'all say, in one form or another, you'll vote for Romney simply because he isn't Obama. OK, fine. Then why did you vote for him in the primaries?
I didn't.

Most people will say no. Yet, a great number of people who call themselves Conservatives are intending to vote for him anyhow.

Why? Are you a Conservative committed to Conservative principles, or are you not?
Because he is the more conservative choice. Can't let the prefect be the enemy of the good.

The drum of racism? Except it's true. You righties try to tell us racism is dead, but it's a major reason for Obama-hate and it's in the repug party teabag constituency (they've nowhere else to go and the Republican Party needs their votes).
No the klan mentality is never dead, but it always needs a home (somewhere, anywhere).

Yes, and lefties hate Romney because they are bigots who hate Mormons.

We could ask the same of you. Why vote for 0bama when he did not close Gitmo, did not cut the deficit in half, did not exclude lobbyists from working in his White House, did not ban all earmarks, or turn the economy around in three years, he even started a third war, expanded the war on terror into other countries, kept rendition, military commissions and indefinite detention, expanded the power and scope of the patriot act, and has engaged in crony capitalism on a scale we have never seen before.

But we are supposed to be influenced not to vote for Romney because he may not be as conservative as we'd like.

Because he is anti-abortion and pro-war? What else could it be? Oh yeah and he's not half black.

Only 3 posts before the racist liberals chimed in. It's probably hard for you to understand though your hate filled glasses, but most people don't like Obama because he's a bad president, poor leader and has horrible policy ideas not because he's black. Unlike liberals, conservatives don't obsess about race 24x7.

I have heard no other source say this. Progressives, and as far as I know, liberals, embrace all religions - part of the classic conflict with the Right. I suspect you made this up as a quick-and-easy insult.
In case you are serious, it's the religious right which hates Mormons.
