This is B.S. In several states homosexual marriage lost in democractic elections, but were overturned by liberal judges. When you left wingers don't get what you want you file lawsuits and wear people out. Why don't you people get productive jobs? Suing working Americans for your left-wing lifestyle is not productive IMHO.
Sorry that you don't think the purpose of judges is to uphold people's constitutional rights when the legislature tries to deny those rights. It's laughable that you decry going to court to win justice. That's why there are courts.
I assume you were against the 1967 Supreme Court case, Loving vs. Virginia, which struck down the then popular law that forbid people of different races from marrying.
The way the bad news keeps up for Hillary, they're going to have to hold the Dem debates in her jail cell while she awaits trial.
That's just right-wing fantasy. To be held in jail one must be convicted of a crime. There is no indication that even the far-fetched claims come remotely near criminal activity. Sorry to burst your bubble.

Bernie Sanders would add a tax on Wall Street trades that would add $750 billion to the Treasury. Given that transaction costs have fallen dramatically over the last few decades, that's a tax that can easily be absorbed. Sanders would also raise taxes on those earning more than $250,000 a year; raise taxes on capital gains and probably add a tax on the super-wealthy. When one remembers that the top taxes under Reagan were 50% on ordinary income and 40% for long-term capital gains, Sanders' proposals are far from radical.

Policies that you call "leftist" were once called mainstream. During the time of Teddy Roosevelt, it was commonplace and widely accepted to support high taxes on the rich specifically in order to keep the rich from getting richer.
America's founding was to get away from the hereditary aristocracy that existed in Britain. Modern conservatives have done a reversal with their insistence that people keep inherited money that they didn't work to create and support the pre-Revolution view of aristocracy. It isn't liberals that are out-of-step.
In poll after poll, Americans support higher taxes on wealth, regulations that protect the public, etc. Americans "say" they are more conservative but when asked about specific policies, respond that they like liberal policies.
As much as I would like to see Sanders get the nod, HRC will win the primaries and kick the GOP nominee's butt.
They will lose the core of their party as it becomes known that they want to end SS and medicare. They want to get rid of the VA. That's their core and every candidate has said lets get rid of it all, it's all on tape and the media will love to show it over and over.
Exactly! The GOP wants to privatize all public services in order to do the bidding of their puppeteers.
Republicans did this last time with Herman Cane. They trot out a black candidate, make him rise in the poles, then,as fast as his numbers go up they go back down. Let's see if they do this with Carson. I don't think the Republicans will vot for him. It's all a charade.

Hillary may survive to win the Dem nomination but she's going down in the Presidential election if she survives the Dems cycle.
