Ok, does it look like Hillary is attacking the families? I ask, because it sure don't seem that way. They seem pretty respectful to me.

I scratch my head wondering why you attached that video trying to prove she attacked the families. Seems like an attempt to deflect away from the topic.

An open letter to Mr Kahn from a military vet-aptopix-obama-libya-r_sham.jpg

Your post lost credibility when you chose to use the world "conspiracy" sources. You are correct in that main stream media won't touch it. They have failed at their jobs so long that they don't know how to be journalists.

He said nothing that can be construed as an attack on the Khans. Nothing. Mr. Khan attacked first. Why?
That's a good question and one that seems to have been answered, at least in part, here by several posters.

Did Trump say anything to the Khans or about the Khans to suggest they have 'sacrificed nothing', so as to cause Khan to attack Trump's lack of 'sacrifice' and commitment to the country and the Constitution? It was an outrageous attack on a candidate, unfounded, driven by emotion, irrational. It has nothing to do with the death of his son, so I can't understand why he would use that as a reason to attack.

Anyone who runs for the position of Commander Of Chief, MUST have respect for such families. It is not optional.
Because political correctness and fear cripple people who don't have the backbone to speak the truth.

HOW did he show disrespect?? He said the son was a hero. He said he'd like to have heard from the mom, who didn't say anything at all, for whatever reason.

WE ARE NOT ELECTING THE HOMECOMING KING HERE. This isn't America idol. We need a strong leader, not Mr popularity.
There is a difference between not being PC and attacking anyone and everyone who dares disagree with you or criticize you. This is what Trump doesn't get.

Mr Kahn did have the backbone to speak the truth, and Trump was offended by it. It is quite telling that you think showing respect for the families of the fallen is nothing but PC.

Comparing what he sacrificed to what someobe who died in battle is disrespect. Suggesting someone didn't speak because they weren't allowed to is disrespect.

Did Trump say his sacrifice was as much or more than the soldier?

The Kahns are political hacks. If they wanted to honor their son's service there are far better ways to do that than making issues at the DNC convention.

Gold Star family?

Then act like it.

Any man with a working brain cell would not even mention building a business empire in the same sacrifice context as having your child come home in a flag draped coffin. It doesn't matter if he said "as much or more." Period.

And let's not forget the greater point of Mr. Khan's speech: Trump's broad brush painting of all Muslim-Americans as terrorists and people to fear.

How do you know that's what Trump was doing? The interviewer pressed him on what sacrifices he has made and Trump simply answered the question.

Her son died 12 years ago and the mother has no words? What has questioning her silence to do with disrespect?

As I said in an earlier post this was a well designed and rehearsed Hillary show. That supposedly worn constitution booklet looked brand new to me.

To have any chance to get elected Hillary and her team will stoop to anything.
