All the silliness and distractions from the trump supporters aside, we are now starting to see the rising numbers in Clinton's poll numbers and the dropping numbers in Trump's poll numbers as a result of the first debate.

Woohoo!

Currently, fivethirtyeight.com predicts Clinton having a 63.7% chance of winning while Trump has 36.2% chance.

BS. All the Political folks say its too early for scientific polls, and change has been too slight to call so far, as it has in this entire Election. Of course you can go hunt down a poll you like, and rally around the campfire, but its anyone's game, and Hillary still has a lot f open ground to cover. Her numbers are not looking good and she has lost a lot of ground, not gained it, and predictions are she will gain little from the first debate. We will wait and see, but I can't blame Liberals for being desperate. They are scared.

That's exactly what I was thinking. I doubt she's going to gain many votes, but this may pry a few votes loose from Trump by keeping conservative Cubans home that night.

He is already holding those and only has 252 EV. Which other states will he be picking up?

CO isn't enough to make it to 270.

The only people I saw here, from day one, claiming Trump would never even get this far, are Liberal Commie Hillary supporters. How did that work out for them?

You don't need BIG percentages to make a winner. All it takes is one more than the next guy...Why do you think the Commie Hillary/Bernie Movement is sweating right now?

Sweating? Nope just sitting back watching Hillarys poll numbers go up.

I think there are people who are willing to ignore the lies until it's about something important to them. So for at least some Cuban Americans, it will be the tipping point. It's not the fact that Trump lied, because anyone who isn't dead knows that he's a yuuuuge liar. It's that he lied to THEM, the Cuban American community. And that really annoys people.

Look at the curve. The media threw the kitchen sink at Trump in the 2-3 weeks following the DNC, but look at what happened...he surged in the polls once people got tired of the attacks. From what...10% to 40s?

Yes, he improved in the polls after Hillarys post convention bounce, but he is once again dropping in the polls.
