The decision will be today. The order will be published on Monday - along with the orders for the other 15 or so cases they are discussing today.

This is the thing folks seem to keep missing - it's not all about that case - they had a conference day already scheduled and a dozen more to go. This is just one of many on the Conference List.

VP Spiro T. Agnew's father, Theodore Spiros Anagnostopoulos was a Greek immigrant.

No sign of naturalization for them, either.
Here ya go: Natural Born Citizen

It looks like Donofrio was wrong when he said "NEVER" was there a precedent, and is now merely saying that sure it happened, but ignore it because it was bad.

Of course, he didn't know about those 4 (or 5 including the questionable Johnson).

And he didn't know about the 4 Veeps. Curtis will make at least two exceptions to his NEVER.

I am glad to know you are reading the Hannity forum about this topic. Maybe you'll accept that there are more than just a few people unwilling to have a President that does not meet the requirements of the Constitution. If Obama can prove that he meets those requirements - then great. However, if he refuses to prove he can meet the Constitutional requirements...and the SCOTUS or lower courts refuse to make him, then many millions of Americans will never accept Obama as their President. All Obama needs to do is provide that proof - something he is unwilling to do.

Well it's almost on par with comedy central, and yes I accept that there are more than a few morons out there....

Comedy? I think the comedy is here with 95% of the people. Maybe you should make your case on the Hannity message board and see how they respond to your beliefs if you dare feel your beliefs are valid. The same goes for all the others that think Obama should not be held to the requirements of our Constitution.

LOL, "many millions" again! You do like to toss that figure around, don't you? Let me guess, you really meant to say a few hundred.

But hey, I'll give ya the benefit of the doubt. Why not--after all, what does it matter if there are 2 or 200 or 2 million people who "will never accept Obama as President." It doesn't change a thing.

Guess what: Obama's president, whether you accept it or not.

Well...

I would grant him 1.2 millions, based on the internet petition, on which every person signing is a unique individual, I am sure.

I believe that statement on his part is accurate. Millions will not accept him as their President and his citizenship status will have nothing to do with it.
