I've been trying to tell these left wing Dims for weeks, but you know how they discount anything and everything that is not to their liking. They'll find out!

Keep up the fight for our rights and our United States Constitution.
Kootr, you know you are posting BS. Having a dual citizenship does not prevent Obama from being a natural-born citizen. There are at least three other presidents who were in that same situation: James Buchanan, Chester Arthur, and Woodrow Wilson. Didn't someone quote that stuff from Obama's website that Obama's "dual citizenship" expired in 1982, anyway?

You have to be on the "list".

Obama mostly seems to be ignoring these cases, but they could prove to be quite the thorn in his side if he doesn't provide the necessary evidence. They're not going to go away until the courts rule one way or the other.

Why not just produce the original vault copy of his birth certificate and be done with it? Not to me, not on the Internet, but to the courts, that this issue may be closed.
That's exactly what he will do - ignore it and hope it goes away. Unless of course the media were to pick up this story and start pestering him why he just doesn't produce the vault copy.

But the media is not likely to do that - they are waiting to see why SCOTUS does, just like obama.

Wrong, different situation...

Obama cannot ever be a natural born citizen. Even if he was born in the U.S. he he had both U.S. and British [dual] citizenship through his Kenyan father. Obama is not a "Natural Born Citizen" and is ineligible to be President.

I always heard that a drowning man will grab the edge of a sword...

I wonder what the Next Big Issue will be when the COLB is found once again to be valid?

At most, it was news on Monday, but the reality is that we are simply waiting for the Justice to decide whether to have the case go to Conference or not.

Obama, the DNC, and the FEC replied to the application to the Supreme Court by merely saying they had no further need to respond - but they did reply.

*shrugs* I guess a 30th strand on this topic is fine, Linux Fool, but if you read the others, it would at least give this one half a chance of having accurate information about the cases.
My mistake, the date on the article is Dec. 2. So it was released just yesterday. The case up for conference on the 5th is not the Berg case, but the Donofrio case, which is another natural born citizen case, but against Obama, McCain, and some 3rd party candidate.

My own personal thoughts is that the Donofrio case has the best chance of getting somewhere. Realistically, I don't see the courts ruling against Obama, but there must be something on that original document that he doesn't want folks finding out about.

It makes no difference "where" Obama was born. Obama's vault birth certificate can say he was born in Hawaii or Washington, DC or Mars. It makes no difference. Obama's father was a Kenyan (Brit) and thus Barack was born with DUAL citizenship regardless where he was born. Obama is not a "Natural Born Citizen" and cannot hold the office of POTUS.

SO DID the three presidents I stated. Learn your history. James Buchanan, Chester Arthur, and Woodrow Wilson ALL had one parent born in Ireland/England. All therefore had this elusive "dual citizenship" even though they were born in the US. They were all considered "natural born" citizens and fit to be president. If this was so easy for those of us on CD to discover, why in the H-E-double hockey stick do these stupid suits keep proliferating?

Or it could be that Mr. Obama simply has better things to do with his precious time than try to satisfy every crackpot in Christendom.

I can't wait to see the posts here after he is sworn in. It oughta be a riot.
