Chicago Daily Observer | Lost in the Political Bermuda Triangle (http://www.cdobs.com/archive/our-columns/lost-in-the-political-bermuda-triangle,1285/ - broken link)
A friend, commenting on my complaints, suggested we have entered a political Bermuda Triangle. All the dials are spinning wildly as our guidance systems have gone haywire, leaving many of us disoriented, confused and disheartened. It is an apt description for this cycle.
While the article is of a different note these words seem appropriate when used in this context.
That about sums it up!
Kootr if that case you posted above was sent on Dec 2 why hasn't it been before the SCOTUS yet?
If Obama is Constitutionally qualified to be President of the United States then it won't be hard for him to prove it. Yet instead of Obama being transparent about himself he has chosen to seal his records because they certainly do not aid him in defending his eligibility status.
Don’t let Obama’s lack of forthrightness and candor fool you, however. Just because he refuses to disclose his own personal records doesn’t mean he does not approve such disclosures for others, especially for conservatives. During Senate confirmation hearings for John Roberts, Obama had this to say:
"I remain distressed that the White House during this confirmation process, which overall went smoothly, failed to provide critical documents as part of the record that could have provided us with a better basis to make our judgment with respect to the nomination."
Obama, among other terrible things, is a hypocrite!
Anybody who thinks Obama has gotten this far without being eligible is literally insane.....
Well, I guess at least four of the Supreme Court Justices are insane then because it took at least four Justices to refer Cort Wrotnowski's case to the full court.
Kooter, The Globe is less credible than the National Enquirer.
The National Inquirer is probably next!
You do realize don't you that the National Enquirer was the tabloid that broke the news about Dim John Edwards having an affair, which stopped his political future?
Well, I guess at least four of the Supreme Court Justices are insane then because it took at least four Justices to refer Cort Wrotnowski's case to the full court.
Which you will find out tomorrow has been thrown out!
