There are many more lawsuits being brought at both the state level and to the Supreme Court. This is far from over!
You can bring lawsuits in all 50 states, but by denying review, the Supreme Court has now said twice that the Secretary of State of two states did not fail to do his or her duty by putting Obama on the ballot. What make you thing the Washington state case will be any different?

Also, the respondent's answer is not due in that case til later in the month. My guess the SoS will file a motion to dismiss and it will be granted. Will you buy me a cup of coffee if I'm right, Kootr?

Get a life Dude... The next 8 years of your life are going to be very frustrating...

The appropriate officials in Hawaii have certified that his birth certificate is legitimate... You and the other Obama Snipers have NO RIGHT for more... you are too unconditionally partisan to be allowed to see more...

You only want to Bring The Man Down - seeking the truth is only a guise to accomplish this...

In any event, it will be amusing when the Wrotnowski ruling comes down today...

Strike 2 anyone???
If I, as an AMERICAN, wish to see this birth certificte, I should be allowed. No questions asked!

Not so fast, buddy. That's like asking to see someone's medical records. It's priviledged information. Only someone with a "need to know" gets to see it. And don't give me this crap about you having a "need to know". Anyway, you'd just say it was a forgery.

You had a chance to have your say on who runs the country on Nov. 4th..and you and your kind went down to a humiliating defeat. Now it's time to start getting used to saying President Obama, the sniveling only makes all you wingnuts look foolish.

Good Lord, the governor of Hawaii verified it! How much more proof do you need? At some point, it becomes a trust issue.

Unfortunately, he wants to hold it in hand, take it to a dealer of his choice to be authenticated, etc.
